Return Authorization (RA) Request Form
We are sad to hear you would like to return your item(s), more importantly we are sorry to hear that it did not work out for you. If we may assist you in finding what you're looking for, please let us know. We'd really love to help! Steps to our famous 30 days no hassle returns:
Step #1 - Fill out the form below. make sure to include your order number in the Message text box below.
Step #2 - An email will be sent out to you the next business day with a return authorization (RA) number.
Step #3 - Return the package to us at the below address. Make sure you include unwanted items with its original packaging and a copy of the packing slip. (this will help us identify who you are and where refunds should go to).
Step #4 - Send the package out with the RA # written on the front of the package. We recommend you use an insured shipping method and retain your tracking number until the credit is issued. Lost returned shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not provide credit on packages that are lost in the mail.

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect each item. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If you purchased your item with a credit card, we will credit the account used.
